GTA 6: The Vehicles We Want In The Game

GTA 6, the game, is still a long way from launch, which just about gives us time to talk about the vehicles we’d want to appear in it. We have included an assortment of sports cars, off-roaders, and some experimental vehicles of our own.

1. ADMIRAL

Admiral is a very plain looking car and therein lies its appeal. I remember choosing this car over an adjacent sports car 3 to 1. Admiral is a car I would wreck to the death. I loved wrecking it on purpose, smashing it into poles and other cars alike.

There’s something very appealing about plain looking cars and Admiral is at the top of that list. Or as the vice city website would say “Efficient German cruiser. Popular with commuter belt middle men.”

In the world of Grand Theft Auto, specifically Vice City, San Andreas, and Vice City Stories, this car takes the form of a compact luxury sedan reminiscent of a Mercedes-Benz W123, with a rear design resembling that of a BMW E30.

In GTA San Andreas, it displays subtle updates from the 1990s. However, its overall design remains unchanged throughout the 3D Universe.

2.Banshee

The Banshee, a mid-sized sports car, has made consistent appearances in every GTA game since Grand Theft Auto III, solidifying its status alongside the Infernus as one of the longest-running sports cars in the GTA series.

In Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, the Banshee bears a striking resemblance to the first generation Dodge Viper RT/10, featuring dual exhausts and a curvilinear design. However, it differs from its real-life counterpart with its narrower width and unique headlight design.

Meanwhile, in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the Banshee takes on the angular design of a mid-80s model Corvette C4, complete with dual twin-exhausts. This particular model is limited to a narrower range of single-tone colors.

3.MESA GRANDE

Driving a jeep wrangler along the beaches of GTA 6 and sending the swimmers into the sand? sign me up. The vehicle bears a striking resemblance to the 1986-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ, evident from its rectangular headlights and signal lights. However, it distinguishes itself with a unique horizontal grille element design.

Clearly, this vehicle falls under the category of a compact SUV, featuring elevated ground clearance and large wheels that facilitate off-roading adventures.

Throughout its various iterations, the vehicle’s design remains consistent, except for some notable changes in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. In this version, the cabin appears slightly taller, while turning signals are added to the front fenders, and the license plate is relocated from the rear bumper to the tailgate.

Additionally, the door handles are positioned at a lower height compared to the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories versions.

The vehicle offers three different variations for the occupants’ compartment. These include a canvas top, a roll bar, or an open-top configuration. Interestingly, despite its appearance, the vehicle can only accommodate two occupants, despite the presence of additional back seats.

4.SANCHEZ

The Sanchez maintains a consistent design throughout every game it appears in, featuring the recognizable dirt-bike chassis, off-road accessories, and fittings.

Its performance remains relatively similar across iterations. While it may not match the speed of sport bikes like the PCJ 600, its soft suspension, high ground clearance, and lightweight construction make it well-suited for stunts and off-road applications.

You can often spot Sanchez cruising the streets of suburban or rural areas, and they are occasionally used in stadium events as part of side missions in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Notably, in GTA San Andreas, the Sanchez, potentially inspired by classic American dirt bikes, stands as one of the few motorcycles in the game with an American origin, alongside the Freeway. I’m sure there are plenty of mountains and dirt tracks to race the bike in GTA 6 for us to cruise on.

5. COMBINE HARVESTER

Only making its appearance in GTA San Andreas the combine harvester was a fun vehicle. sighting those on the country side immediately awoke the farmer in me and weird enough I would be inclined to harvest the large swathes of virtual crop ahead of me. If Rockstar is introducing farm vehicles with multipurpose utilities, I want this at the top of the list.

Designed primarily for farming purposes, the Combine Harvester poses unique challenges due to its wide width, heavy weight, and rear-wheel steering configuration. These factors make it difficult to control, navigate through populated roads, and store in regular garages. However, its wide head and substantial weight enable efficient tree-cutting in specific areas.

One notable feature of the Combine Harvester is its self-adjusting chassis, allowing it to adapt to the terrain while keeping the main body level, enabling it to handle moderate inclines. Additionally, the Combine Harvester possesses a distinctive ability to dismember pedestrians upon impact, with the body parts and gore/blood being discharged through the unloading auger at the rear. Each time a pedestrian is dismembered, a distinct crushing sound is heard.

Engaging law enforcement with the Combine Harvester can be advantageous during wanted levels. As the driver, the player benefits from the locked door, preventing the police from apprehending them. However, it’s important to note that the Combine Harvester is quite fragile and can be easily destroyed by firearms, so this strategy is not recommended for wanted levels above two stars.

Overall, the Combine Harvester presents a unique and somewhat unconventional vehicle choice, offering both practical farming functionality and unconventional gameplay possibilities.
